Oprah and 378 of her staff are going vegan for the week. I am so excited for them to discover all the yummy, healthy foods they can find in the vegan lifestyle.

Even The Daily Show discussed meat in Lewis Black’s segment, Back in Black. He ranted about Taco Bell not using enough beef in their beef tacos to call them beef tacos. (Here’s a funny story about PETA encouraging Taco Bell to continue using more oat products than beef in their beef tacos. I’m not sure how credible this source is, but it’s clever.) Black’s shout-out to the Akron Aeros was cool, but for all the wrong reasons.
We enjoyed burritos with beans, mushrooms, broccoli and salsa on these snow days.
